Actually, I am someone who looks in November already, all the plants out of the ground. I don’t like rain, cold, or wetness at all! Okay, Christmas is fun, but I prefer to skip the autumn and winter months. But this year I prefer to skip the coming months. I wish we were six months later in the year! I think that’s why I participate in this Christmas card challenge!
Don’t they look carefree from these snowmen in the Ferris wheel?
Take good care of yourself! Thank you for visiting my blog. I hope to see you again soon! Bye,
With this card I would like to enter in the following challenges:
I suffer from something that most people will probably suffer from. And I think at this time of the year, it is a bit of a problem for all people in the world … You will now wonder what those problems are. Well, “time flies!” Is it finally Friday, you blink twice and it is Monday again! And then you find out that it’s almost noon and that you haven’t done anything yet. Well, almost nothing then.
I must not stray too much today! So, here is my card. I have mixed various brands and materials. I used older stuff and some newer stuff. And of course a stamp from a Christmas Gnome! I’m really in love with these men: I like them so much. Speaking for myself: this has become such a card that you actually don’t want to send! Sin of my work. LOL.
I used a sketch from a magazine. I also used my new die-cuts from StudioLight (the snowflakes). I colored the stamp with my alcohol markers. The design paper comes from Do crafts and Craftsensations. That of Do Crafts is really very old! According to me, mmm maybe 2012 or so!
Nice that you have come to take a look at my blog. Thank you in advance for that and I hope you will come again soon! Bye xxx
When I came across these three little guys, I promised them that when they went home with me, I would make a lot of cards from them. Well, they went home with me. But actually, this is the first card that I make with them.. Because I have taken a whole bunch of these nice guys home with me and I can’t choose which one to start with! And therefore you should never believe a craftsupplies hoarder!
Crazy stuff here in the craft room, with all those cute gnomes, I can tell you!
But I have a lot of fun making this card! I used some cardstock that is laying around for years and that also counts for the ribbon and the two little buttons. I colored the gnomes with alcohol markers in the colors of the cardstock. I like coloring very much, aspecially when it all turns out nice. And they did, I think 🙂
